Hi all,

I have a complete metro turbo engine for sale

Basically the spec is:

1.5 roller tip rockers

Modified head with chambers opened up to 26cc

New head gasket

New clutch plate and pressure plate

4 Pin Diff

Straight cut drop gears by Swiftune

Mirage manifold

Hybrid GT15/T2 turbo with 360 degrees thrust bearing

Turbo manifold

Turbo carb

Turbo Plenum with side pipe welded on for dumpvalve

The engine did not need any work on the pistons or crank as was all in good condition.

New big end's and small end's

New conrod and head bolts

New oil pump

The engine has never been ran, since I done all the work, but has alot of pressure and turns by hand. I changed my mind it what I was doing with it, as now I am going Suzuki

I am looking for £1300 for the complete unit and I am based in Hounslow, Middlesex, london.

Bobby might be worth stating pistons, bore, gearbox is it std? Etc

History the block, mileage/new?

1300 seems a bit steep but I'm a tight ass lol

Cheers T@Z, sorry should of mentioned that, its a 1275cc, bores were in good condition, gearbox is standard, with central oil pic up pipe and 1:1 straight cut drop gears.

Not sure what the milage is of the engine though

main thing is, does it run?
also its a verto clutch set-up so probably not a metro turbo (cant see the numbers)
have you got any pics of the crank & head when you changed the bearings & studs?
what size where the journals?

defo worth more in bits though

All metro turbos used the verto clutch, and early ones had hydraulic.

Allen sorry I will not let it go for £700, WRLondon yes its a verto clutch, sorry I should of taken pics of the build process, but I did not, so have no pics of the crank and head
