Wanted Speedo drive

Iv got a metro engine fitted in my mini but the speedo reads very wrong about 20mph off when doing about 70 the speedo is saying im doing 50.

So has anyone got a speedo drive from a mini gearbox?

What final drive is it? Metro turbo 3.2:1?

Yeah once you worked out what you need re post and we can see what we got. I need to swap my own over some time.
