I never fitted my heater after doing the bulkhead mods , but didn't need to , the heat from the turbo was enough. lol

My mate that I navigate for fitted one into his road rally car because it didn't have a heater in.
It does the job but the fan really makes a bloody racket.

Manufacturer appears to be T7DESIGN. More pictures, dimensions and options here (and £10 cheaper)...

Thanks I found that site too.

Was wondering if it has a fresh air intake so it would demist the windscreen?

I've emailed them last night but no reply.

Hey, old thread revival...

Has anyone else used this lightweight heater from minispares? I have the normal size heater but it doesn't fit with the bulkhead modification as you know...

Looking for something smaller to fit... 👍

A normal heater just about fits, just angle the rear downwards and make up a couple brackets making the heater tight to the box, I was going to fit mine in that way and almost ready to tack on the mounts, but not sure if im going that way now.

I did actually try that, had it cable tied in place for a look but the front selector unit protrudes about 2"... Now, I know that's not the end of the world but it had my 'OCD' running riot!

I did toy with the idea of putting it infront of the passenger seat... it only leaves minimal foot room though

i made a couple of brackets to suspend the back from the dash rails and omething similar to fix it at the front. I used the later mpi unit which is plastic and i recall i bolted the front up through the casing behind the switch panel as opposed to the original bracket. It must have moved it forward around 40mm or so but still sits nicely like the factory one
