Hi all as per title looking for a trigger wheel for my megajolt kit, if anyone has one he must be willing to post.

i have a spare weld on trigger wheel from trigger wheels if you interested.

Hi lee does this go on the outside of the pulley or you can bolt it on ?

you have to have the pully machined to allow the wheel to be fitted, then tack weld on.

tom fenton does a machined bottom pulley and bracket for £100, i must say its a nice piece of work.

If it helps, I'm using Toms set-up on a belt drive kit; I did have to spacer the bracket out though Edited by Rob Gavin on 2nd May, 2013. |

I remove the dust cover anyway to machine the teeth into the pulley. It doesn't really perform a useful function in my opinion.

Pulley and bracket is £100, that includes UK post I would have to check cost to Greece.

Thanks Tom, but its a bit expensive with the postage and everything, I'd rather if lee could find postage for the trigger wheel and I can do the rest of the work here in Greece.

I machined an S pulley with grooves for the trigger wheel, most machine shops should be able to do this for not too much money.

it should be fine as long as they have a rotary table, most of which are accurate to 1/10th of a degree.
