Mini metro turbo engine to be finished need parts!

Hi I have recently found that I have a metro turbo engine in a classic mini that I have purchased.
Basically I need help because I have suddenly felt the urge to turbo it now that I know the engine originally was turbo'd!! I have the hif44 carburettor already I think (I may be wrong) but I need the turbo T2 garret I have been told are better? Then the adapted manifold, plenum chamber, fuel pump and an intercooler/new radiator?
I also need two mk3 doors?
Any help on this would be great and if I need anything else or if there is anything difference to fitting the engine, bearing in mind I have just removed it as it is and it already had the carb on it..
I have this manifold on it currently, would that work?
Any help would be great!!!

Have a look in the beginners section on here, and use the search button, there is tonnes of info about the basics on here.

Also have a look on Phils site www.turbo-mini.com as it has a great introduction to turbocharging your mini.

Hi mate, I would get hold of 'tonyl3' on here, he is also based in nuneaton and has lots of parts for sale and may be able to help out.

The original turbo inlet manifold has a deep swan neck to lift the carb clear of the turbo if you use a t3 that manifold does not look to give enough clearance I do not know how much clearance you need with a t2
