Is there an official name and/or size for the push-fit connectors that Rover used on the MPi fuel lines?
They made a special tool (18G1500) with a number of connectors. I have a generic pressure tester from Harbor Freight that I thought I could adapt, but none of the connectors seems to fit.

I am making a test stand for an A series and I would also like to use the stock fuel lines. Is a tool available to make those type of ends on a fuel line?

looks like this connector is just called a "push connector" and is used here in the states as well.

Just need to figure out what size it is. From a search on the web, it looks like it was used on some 90's Land Rovers as well

I guess the size is 8 MM or 5/16 OD

Not that this has broad interest but I found one of these that looks like it will do the job:
http://www.nitrousexpress.com/16190-516-8m...ne-adapter.html

It has the male and female ends with two ports. A port seal is also provided for the extra port if not used.
It is expensive, but appears to work without leaking.
