Bit of help, having finally welded the box in my car i need the colour making up into a spray can. Now i know where i can get this done but i need a colour code as they cant match the paint i got.

Apparently my car is smoke grey from an email i found back when i purchased it. I've tried searching http://www.mini-colours.co.uk/index.php to no luck of this "grey"; and help?

Smoke Grey was a popular colour on Morris 1000,s and , in my opinion, looks more like duck egg blue.

That color looks similar to mine RAL 7038 "agate grey"

internationally known as "big" swede

Shame you don't live local to me dude, a mate of mine who's at halfords and he's shit hot at mixing up paint he'd match this by eye pretty much perfect.

Thanks Oli, that code is the blue range, which vindicates my earlier comment.

tweed, dove and smoke grey all seem to have the same tone, tweed grey is alot more green/grey than smoke, might be worth looking at.

Sorry dan, but tweed grey and smoke grey are nothing like each other.

Trust me mate I have owned vehicles in both colours , simultaneously.
