After finding part of the cam bearing when I was doing an oil change. Followed everyone's advise and took the engine out. Thought I might as well sort the front end out while I had the engine out!! |

Basically got as far as having the new inner wing on and bulkhead crossmember in. Looking at bens think I might cut a bulkhead box in now though!! Also wish I had enough money for a heritage shell:) |

Got the left hand side inner wing mostly off tonight. And the otherside is has been ground down and etch primed. |

Back from skiing so been able to get the left hand inner wing on and tonight the front panel partly spot welded on. Can you put pics on here from a phone so they come up properly. Thanks spud for all your help!! |

Looking good but i'd be tempted to fit the scuttle repairs and to fit up the wings before i weld up any more of the front panel |

The 1st picture is the front end put together to make sure it fitted properly. 2nd is of the wing supports. 3rd is of the rear panel put in, it also had half a boot floor. And lastly after it was taken to be sandblasted, primed and sprayed. We have been fitting some bits back on the car. All parts have been blasted and sprayed and reconditioned, I've put a rear beam on with coil overs front and rear. And I've converted the brakes so I can rum some 10's. |

I think this embodies the go big of go home mentality. It looks like you've done a lovely job of the inner wings and crossmember. |
