Some of you guys know I had a problem with my heater tap, that I purchased from minispeed:



Sent them an email on Saturday, as they were closed until this morning they obv didnt see my email until today. I gave them a phone call just now.

Very polite and apologetic for the issue caused

Completely understood the problem

Has sent me a new product out first class before receiving the old one back (which I was informed they usually expect the faulty product back before sending out the new one)

I didn't even have to argue with with them and bring statutory rights into the conversion (unlike most other suppliers when you have faulty products)




Overall really happy with the customer service received and would go to them again.

good to hear of excellent customer service, i phoned a well known r1 conversion company leaving all my details ,the conversion kit costs 3600 pounds, one month later still waiting for a reply ?? went for vauxhall conversion in the end from allspeed who were very helpfull

give em hell

Yes I know thats how it should be, but the point is in most cases thats not how it is and so its good to praise those who do the positive things

I buy a lot parts from Minispeed and they are a great bunch there, really outstanding customer service, I would advise anyone too use these guys for parts.

Don't forget you get discount from them if you are on various forums or a member in a mini club. I've never had any issues with them and bought a few things.

My mum calls them hill billy mini's. If you've ever been in you may understand.
