I need the larger strap for my mpi tank.

I thought the MPI tank strap was shorter than the 7.5 gal tank? I shortened mine to fit the MPI tank in mine |

I used a standard strap on my spi tank. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

My old carb tank strap is a good few inches shorter, you've got me thinking now, I shall have a second look tonight.

I may have. its a 1980 850cc. I bought the mini as a project and everything was already stripped out and lots of bits missing. |

I have a longer strap getting under my feet in the garage. Needs a good clean and paint, but should do the job. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Sounds like a plan, pm me how much and your PayPal please. We have a shot blaster and spray booth so no problems with painting etc.

I found my tank strap was slightly too small for the spi tank but thats probably because the mount for it was altered when I had to repair floor section On 10th Mar, 2012 theoneeyedlizard said:
