Hello everyone,

I bought a complete metro turbo engine as a base for my project only to find on piston number 1 the rings had snapped causing bad damage and had work the crank. I'm willing to go out and get the block and crank worked so they can be used but thought before that I would see if any1 has anything they want to sell. Anything would be handy...pistons blocck or crank. Thank you for reading.

Probably easier to get your block bored and crank ground. Chances are the new block etc will need the same machining anyway...

could be to late but i could have something you'd be interested in;

metro turbo block freshly bored 1293
block head face had 4thou skimmed to remove a cut from cylinder 4 out

brand new omega 10cc dish pistons

standard metro turbo con-rods with new bearings

mint condition never ground metro crank with all new bearings

avonbar piper phase 2 turbo cam
new piper cam followers

not run at all that's all just built up with them parts to that stage not timed in but have duplex vernier pulleys but not fitted

looking £600 for that
