Turns out mine is bent and half covered in black paint, which is a bit wank...

I have a complete bottom rail if you are really stuck mate, think it is in good nick but would have to check. |

They never seem to come off without bending for me, i bit the bullet and bought a new one - when it is a bit you see all the time it needs to look right.
