I managed to make a port mold of a siamese port. I find it quite odd that even through I have peered down ports for many hours , that the shape is a bit different than I expected.

As Sam says....... we want to know as we can make loads of sex toys. ........LMAO.....

anway the lions share of the work has been done!
Apart from the inlet port size and the valve throat size depending on the size of the valve you want to use. ?

the only way it works is to coat the port with silicone (2 part plus a special thickener) in layers. its hollow otherwise you can't get it out.
but you're right the CSA is quite generous but i will see if if by lowering port floor entrance and cutting the roof further down i can get the air to turn better at high lift.

you can make cast of yer member and take it into series production . .
