not sure if this is the right category to put this thread in but here goes. I am new to turbo minis and i have had minis for a year or so now and i am bored of my daily car. So in october once the tax runs out it will be taken off the road it does need a bit of welding needs a front end then painting. now at the same time i am converting it to a mk2 cooper s track day car. my engine of choice which i am just starting to slowly build, because of the spec the engine is going to be it will cost a fair packet so thats why its going to take me a while to build it. the idea is to try get to as close to or over the 200bhp figure as possible so its a proper piece of kit. i am sure i will need plenty of help doing this hence why i have joined i will post a list of what sort of spec we will be putting on this engine. there are a few things still undecided the biggest being what turbo and cam to run, any suggestions on that front will be greatly appreciated.
