Just had my shell and subframes dipped by them. Very good service and the shell looks great without a trace of anything left on it.

They charge £500 + vat for a whole mini (shell, bolt on panels, wheels and subframes). I paid £425 +vat for the shell and both subframes.

So they do dip it in an undercoat then? Similar to the e-coat process? The turbo build has finally started |

And generally their waiting time (and turn around time) are much better than SPL etc. |

Whats the turn around for this? is it done in a day type thing? just wondering cos im quite far away and be ideal if i could just mill about for a day and return trip shell in tow. SPL put me right off the idea of dipping till now David. |

left mine with them for a week, but I'm sure they could do it in a couple of days if needs be. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Think it would be more than a day, it quite a lengthy and involved process. The shell is heated in an oven first before going through the dip. I think they may be left in the dip overnight. |
