Hi, as some of you know I recently did the unthinkable and sold my clubman shell, it was very track orientated, i fancied a change and a more road focused machine.

The idea is to use some of the gear from my last car but in an all steel body, something very clean, an original looking ish car, hopefully show worthy - it will still be powerful but I intend to build a car I will get more use out of.

As it stands its very original, I was going to use it this year with the standard 998.. but after driving it for a while it has some things that need attention. The brakes are shocking, there is an annoying knock - i think from one of the hubs and the body work needs some tlc..

So i think im going to just start the build early, this time a ground up nut and bolt rebuild. (will start a build thread when I begin)

So here's the new mini. A 998 Mayfair, former owner a fellow TM'er, Longy. Cheers Chris :)

It does look clean, and I'm guessing the shocking brakes are the standard drums?
If the clubby was anything to go buy I'm sure this will be a belter!

one day boost will be mine!
