Yesterday on the way home from work (around 4:45pm) I took my rear coilovers to the Post Office and sent them to Protech for servicing.

About 11:30 this morning I got a call to say theyre done and will be sent back today.

I think that is great service

Paul

I seriously doubt it!

Well, just got them back, not bad for being sent out on monday afternoon.

When I asked Protech for a quote to repair one of them and check the other I was told £30 plus p&p and vat.
Opened the invoice and the fuckers apparently meant £30 each plus p&p and vat but they didnt say 'each'

I seriously doubt it!

Royal Mail aren't actually that bad I've found to be honest.

Ah I was thinking they were about £50 a corner and thought £30 sounded a bit steep for a service. With coilovers being alot more, thats not as bad as I thought. Still they should of let you know the total cost of the second shock.
