Hey guys i been trolling around this forum about 6 months now doing lots of research in the injection and stuff and am ready to start asking questions and seeing what i can come up with.

Im building a 1293 turbo the motro is in the nmachine shop being built right now with all the goodies, center strap, oil coooling jets , port work, chamber work, big valves and all that good stuff, my questions are hwne it comes down to the injection and the correct way of setting it up.. my goal is 200hp like many others on here.. iv seen many inlet manifold desings but whats the best one?

should i be running 2 injectors into each port? iv also seen 3 so i get confused..

i have megasquirt 2 alreadly, inovatoe widdeband sensor, carter fuel pump, trigger wheel, edis ignition and stuff so im basically setup for the fuel injection i think

just looking for some baselines.. not much info or people who know much about the a-series here in the united states any help would be appreciateted,

i have a good machinist helping me with the engine and a fereind who is very smart with engine buidling anmd is very good with megasquirt.. i do auto body for a living and know alot so this should be able to happen!

Welcome aboard.

Have you read the build guide?

http://www.turbominis.co.uk/forums/index.php?p=vt&tid=408438

There is not enough data yet to say which manifold design is best. Really it depends on what you can fabricate and fit in the available space.

The guide gives some values for injector capacity. 2 injectors should be enough, now that you can get 1200 or even 1600 cc/min high impedance injectors. I would use a 600cc/min injector per port as primary, then add the additional capacity with the secondaries.

Good luck.
