Hey guys!

Just wondering where you guys have located your coilpacks/edis modules oh and where abouts in the cabin you guys put the megajolt?

Can you tell me which set of ht leads you got aswell with your setups

For pickmeup's solution, I don't think they ever came about in the end though! I knocked one up (poorly) which uses the same mounts from my old seat runners!

Megajolt i've seen put in gloveboxes or around that area, but can't find any pictures at the minute

yeah i think the price i was getting quoted of 40quid each didnt make it reasonable unfortunately, mine is still doing well on my car, you can make a simple bracket using some ali sheet if you not interested about it being all bling :)

mybe a pic in my build thread my coilpack is next to the wiper motor with ford KA leads there really long well longest stock ones ive found
megasquirt is under the dash passenger side

My coilpack is in the corner of the bay, where the wiped motor sits but on the opposite side, the edis is mounted on inner wing, mj unit is on the inside of the glovebox .

It really doesn't matter where you place it. It just needs to be somewhere convenient so you can get the leads to reach and not get in the way of any pipework.

Personally I'd wait until you have everything else planned/in place before getting the drill out.

Mine is on the inner wing with the edis inside the car...

The plug leads were in the kit I bought from trigger wheels, dont know if they were made up by them, or if they were off some other car like ford fiesta, thats where the coil and enis unit comes from, along with other ford models.. Alan
