Take the wheel of, then take the outer sleeve of the column. if the door locks are old they will probably open with a spoon handle On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

Its the plastic surround below the steering wheel.
1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.

It was more of a joke, but i have in the past used a tea spoon handle to start an old mini I had due to the ignition barrell being so worn. 1/4 Mile 14.3secs 96Mph Terminal 10psi of boost.
