I do like the idea of a kad head apart from they look too far forward on the block, its odd they were ment to fit under round nose minis were they not? Drives

I've seen them fit just fine with injection. Albeith with a bump for the cam pulleys.

Why not do what I did and fit a plenum with a single TB. That could be made to fit under a standard front end.
