Well the time as come to take the van off the road for the winter and upgrade a few bits or maybe a lot of bits. Some of you guys may have seen the van in Julys mini mag so will know the spec of it at the min. But if you don't it dosn't matter because I'm changing most of the main parts (engine and box). Thanks to Steve on here known as benross who is sorting the new engine and s/c box. Steve's building the engine to nice high spec so where hoping to see some good results on the rollers and keep it driveable on the road. I'll post up the engine spec abit later.

I'll take a wild stab in the dark. I'm guessing that the T piece and bends came from Ebay and the flanges themselves were purchased from Paul S on here. it's just a complete guess with no clues at all though, lol...

Well I've been to Steve's today to pick up the new engine and gave a hand to put the last few bits on it. When I got their the first thing I did was flood his drive with old engine oil, as I made the mistake of asking my teenage lad to drain the oil and put the old lump in the back of the car. He put the engine in but didn't drain the oil so when the boot was opened the oil went every where. That why you never ask your kids for help. That a side I had a good day big thanks to steve who realy knows his stuff.
