Well after finally taking the car apart and after having recieved my Fibre Glass boot floor from Longy the other day i decided it was time to start a build thread. I am not planning on having a quick rebuild so this thread may be open a while. Any help, advice or critisisum along the way will be appreciated.

Well i bought the car back in 2008 as my first car when i was 20 as i had a had a pasion for minis for ages. I then drove it as my daily car untill March this year when i decided the body work was tired and the engine needed an upgrade so i took it off the road and have now got it in my Grans garage. (i have replaced it with a John Cooper Works BINI!)

The plan so far is to strip it out completly and make it a weekend/track day car, with lots of nice light parts such as the force racing stuff. hence why it is going to be a long build.

The car is now fully stripped and have removed most of the horrible underseal from the inside and underneath, ready for the new pannels to be welded in.

I have uploaded pics onto flicker and as soon as i figure out how to post them on here i will.

Thanks

Liam

Yeah get the pics up, you need to copy the direct link URL, and just post it. Should work fine.
