wow thats a result, seen a civic that had a turbo kit put on it at my local rolling road took them a while to map with the vtec , he was getting about the same with some conservative timing.

It must go like a rocket, nice looking car too, and how low are those arches... very nice.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

i would love to run it at avon!!! i just dont know if it will be any good to the engine, i only just put these new pistons in 250 miles ago, i dont know if the new rings will be fully bedded in yet? is it ok to drag strip an engine so soon?

also its so far away from home if i break it

its very difficult to control in a straight line, cant imagine coming on boost round a corner.

It was tuned at TRL Developments, hes set it really well so that the boost comes in, then vtec, then full boost and different boost ammounts for each gear too, gets good traction, but will easily spin wheels in 2nd/3rd gear if you plant it!

ive still not revved it right up, too scared!

Get some slicks for avon and Open the bugger right up, vtecs benefit from a hard run in anyway.

Definately needs a subtler exhaust though.

wow nice power! and i just built my entire engine with all new pistons etc and took it round coombe the day after with only the 200mile drive down there on the engine! :) then i went to germany and did the burg the engine is still purrfect to this date (4,000miles later)

Awesome, really wasn't expecting that much power, that must be mad. Interested now to see what it does down the strip too if you can get any traction.

1/4mile in 13.2sec @ 111 terminal on 15psi

I used to think 150Hp was all you would ever need in a road car, I'm beginning to reconsider. I thought some of the cars in the 200s were mad, but 400Hp is simply beyond comprehension. I would love to know whether the power is actually usable or if it is just too much for the front wheels to handle, the torque steer must be immense. Whatever it is like to drive, it is a truly fantastic car and an incredible demonstration of how we are still far from the limit of what can be achieved. I'm still going to stick with my A Series though!
