Has any body got any pic of the oil return they are using with a t2 turbo? im struggling to make one that look any good! :( |

It's not a T2, but would work on one.

I used a car air con pipe, I cut it up and re welded it to suit and then made a final connection with a silicone 90 degree of the right size.

All mine look shit, be they a T2, an IHI RHF 4 or a GT17. all total bollocks, but they all work and no-one can see them!

mine looks like shit too, but as wil says it doesnt leak and no-one can see it anyway. Mine joins into the fuel pump hole via a straight silicon joiner.

Thanks guys! massive help! Also does anyone have any experience with using vw 1.9tdi intercoolers as i have been given on! It look good to me but im not totally sure what im looking at! :/ |

All day putting it back together and it fooking leaks! Needs welding all the way round the joint on the turbo side. More fun tomorrow! On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:
