Engine spec not only depends on what power you want but where you want the power and how it gets applied. Do you want an out and out high revver, or a more drivable but slightly less powerful number. Alot of people use 1293 which is well proven now but there's a few higher cc'd motors coming into the turbo scene now. I dont understand the 4x4 bit because you say you want to stay a series but considering 4 wheel drive and both things together don't really happen apart from some very rare cars in rallying past which where one offs. i think bhp targets are pointless pub talk no point in having a 180bhp peaky horrible to drive car
