I see no actuator on the turbo. Granted it could be on the other side and out of sight. Or it could be one of these cheap shitty electronic superchargers. The type available on ebay which claim upto 20% extra power and economy. The fucked up thing is that you are buying a £1.50 PC fan in metal box rebadged and marked up at £150. You see no actuator? anyone else notice the air filter on the turbo side? meens car has an intercooler. leads me to believe the car was properly turbo'd at one point and has subsequently been fannied up to get rid, perhaps turbo went pop? still rough as hell tho. turbo 16v k-series 11.9@118.9 :)
