After selling my 1430 miglia replica, i now have this, i always wanted an xe after being taken out in one years ago, but, i could never afford to do the conversion.

so when this complete car came up for a bargin price i made the call and said id have it without even seing the car, plan is too get it MOT and do the rest as a rolling project,

got some electrics to sort, service and tweak engine, tub arches and fit some of my gucci parts from the other project,









unfortualty i dont get a massive amount of time now a days, but i just wanna get out and drive it,

i had the chance to drive one of these back in the summer it certainly shifted. looks quite tidy, whose subframe is it ?

It's Amt subframe, it's good condition just needs some tidying up and money spent to get it how I want.

Yeah it was, some things make you wonder what someone was thinking, but sits got potential. It's got an xe, decent brakes and suspension, rust free so perfect starting point

this one is about 175bhp, once set up properly. throttle bodies should see 200ish apparently.

been looking for a new cage, unsure weather to go for safety device multipoint bolt in cage or a custom cage weld in miglia cage

what would be best ?

It looks nice, and built well from what i can see. If your a good enough welder then the mig cage would be cheaper, but if your not it might be cheaper and easier to buy the multipoint one as there completely ready to fit.
