I was thinking of getting some total seal rings. I know Sprocket has used them, and maybe he has the answers below:

We have total seal rings in the van. They cost about £105 delivered.

Too pricy for me then, a set of new pistons is only a few quid more than that.

what type of hastings piston rings are you looking is there a size for it? maybe you can look for those parts in the US? what do you think? |

It was £105 delivered to the supplier in york. There was then carridge on top of that, so closer to £115. Good rings, but not worth it when the pistons are so cheep. Edited by apbellamy on 17th Dec, 2010. On 11th Feb, 2015 robert said:

good luck with the rebuild luke. I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
