Hi peeps, am new to this forum :)

I have a 93' mini cooper with a broken 1275cc engine which I am currently trying to figure out what to do with it. I will be doing some sort of forced induction on it, probably a turbo and a full engine rebuild. Only problem is I have the SPI which i dont think works as well as a carb. I am currently reading thru the info about "port injection" on this forum but was wondering what people think about it, is it worth doing and has anyone got good results from it?
