I have to concur. I ordered something on Sunday afternoon and he phoned me to check I'd ordered the right parts as you don't usually order the bits I did together.

I phoned monday afternoon around 2.30pm and spoke to a great chap. Ordered a Hi boost needle. Next morning it was here in the post. Fantastic service. Will defo use again! |

Definitely a very nice person to deal with, but I ordered needles on Thursday and told him I needed them for an event on Sunday, with enough time to fit and re-tune.
