Hi all,

I just bought an R5 gt turbo unit. From the pic (I don't have it here yet*wink* it appears to be upside down compared to a metro unit. Any help/info on how to fit this welcome:). I've got a metro turbo setup right now. Or should I go ahead and make my own form Paul's flanges?

cheers,

Arnoud

You will need to clock/rotate the compressor housing to point in the desired direction.

Search for Nics thread on how to fit mirrage manifolds with a T2, it contains some good info on rotation of castings and actuator positions.

thanks, just the stuff I needed:)
Helpful pics too: by comparing pics I've found that mine's watercooled:) Seller has had it checked and found to be ok, and all that for a mere 50 euros. Now let's hope he was right...
