Hello,

I am looking for Moke papers (car type certificate? manufacturer's model certificate? Don't know the correct translation...) for my brothers project.

If someone can help, please PM.

Many thanks!

Best regrads,
Andreas

It's a chinese shell. We bought it at our miniparts dealer. I think he had it from minisport, one of the first china mokes.
Now we want to make it look like a "modern english moke". With 10" wheels, spruce green and so on. It's broadened, like the california mokes. Most of the moke-owners do not like china mokes. But (only) at the first view a layperson can not find the differences to an original moke. And for us it's irrelevant, if there are crimps (?) at the sheet, or if there are no ones. And as far as the thicker sheet is rusted away, we are old men... :)

So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'...

@Vegard: I know, that many persons rail against china mokes. I would also do, if only i had own an original one. *tongue* But i do not see all the drawbacks. For our purpose there are also some advantages.

Yes, we have nice landscape here. We live in the extension of the Alps. There are good mountain roads for mini driving... *smiley*
