Hey,

I was just wondering which one would be easier to install and which one is more Beneficial on a 998cc?

One of my mates i chasing power fromt he 988cc and he was going supercharger but then someone told him the turbo is an easier option which i wouldve thought a supercharger with a supercharger kit would be easier. he was thinking of using the mirage turbo manifold for the turbo or if it was supercharged he was thinking of using the supercharger kit avalible ove rhere in Australia for the SC12 SUpercharger

Bens kit is very easy to fit. I know I have one. A turbo will give you more options for power as you can fit an IC.

As for the question Bens kit is the easier to install as you keep more of the standard parts, there's less to change and it bolts straight on if you have the correct CR now and no hydro. You can fit it in an afternoon.

I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

The is no difference in fitment as far as I can see, it's al just nuts and bolts. If you have al the bits then it's a days work.

Comparing the plus and minuses of SC and Turbo charging I would always choose the turbo route.

I thought that a supercharger is more calling for a camshaft upgrade than a turbo, is it right ?
