Okay, I read a good deal of the posts on the phase 2 cam, and it seems to me that the people that are using it are all 1275cc and up. Would this even be a suitable cam for a 850cc? I'm contemplating using it, but if it's too much I don't want to... Thoughts?

All i can say is that we tried it on our 998 and althouth it made more peak power compared to the MG can, it lost it elsewhere and the boost thresholed was higher.

In fact because of the poor low down and off boost it was near impossible to drive.

Now there may be more reasons that the cam alone, but the MG cam has been in for 5 years now and we're not short of power.

Do you happen to have cam lift and duration and such for the 256?
