What have people done to provide an intank solution and return lines on a LWB Mini? Anyone modified a Rover pump to fit?

I was going to ask about this to see what people did. But in the end I thought that 'T'ing into the low pressure side of the pump is the best idea.

The surge on these tanks is terrible. Speak to Brumski over on EFI Minis, lol, he suffered from fuel starvation over the Mountain passes on the Italian Job, yet there was loads of fuel still in the tank.

Is it A-Series only? I think it should be... So when some joey comes on here about how his 16v turbo vauxhall is great compared to ours, he can be given the 'bird'... On 26th Oct, 2004 Tom Fenton said:

I had exactly the same problems Sprocket mentioned, in the end i fitted a swirl pot, was the only way i could stop fuel starvation, i even tried fitting an internal pump, but that didnt solve my problems... |

Is the fuel starvation a problem for carb'd cars? Because of the float chamber you may negate any issues. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

It was indicated that the WEBCON link had specs, but it is really an advertising piece. It would be nice to know the size.

I had a 5cm tray welded to the bottom of the tank to accommodate the Webcon pump. The car is a mini Phoenix Pick-up as far as we know it was a prototype. |
