There is a tool available to remove the primary gear and oil seal with the transfer housing still attached. Does anyone know where I can buy one from? Team www.sheepspeed.com Racing

I don't want the tool to put on the seal, I want the tool to remove the primary gear and seal while transfer housing is still on. Team www.sheepspeed.com Racing

I dont think anyone currently makes one. They pop up on ebay from time to time, made by Churchill. Did Churchill get bought out by Sykes and Pickavant? On 26th Oct, 2004 TurboDave16v said:

If you got a big pair of bearing seperators you could use these around the primary gear to pull on it with a puller.

i think some kind of slide hamer arrangment that can clamp onto the gear will be piss easy to make, it will pull the gear and seal in one go,
