I brought a new drill off them the other week after stripping the teeth of the gearbox in my old one whilst notching the cage.

I was really impressed by the service, and would possibly go as far as saying it was possibly the best service I've had in a shop in the UK.

The staff genuinely knew the product range, listened to what I wanted to use it for, were not interested in trying to flog me the most expensive item, even through in a few bits for free.

Suffice to say that they will definitely be my first port of call the next time I need to buy any more power tools.

PLus if you work at airbus you get 10% off, and i agree with rob they are very good too, by the way they are in bristol on gloucester road in filton.

They also have a store in Gloucester on Bristol Rd, go figure. There may also be other branches around the country that I don't know of.
