Here's a few pics of my metro turbo which I gave a quick pressure wash off on sunday.

that must be one of the last metro turbo's as the fuel filler is high up on the body instead of inside a low down flap. If something is worth doing, it's worth doing half of. |

I've done a tiny amount of welding on the floors and seat belt mounts. My metro gta had quite abit of rust.

retro metro turbo wooo .looks clean.shame about the rusty bit,look good when finished though.

Turbophil has also finished my head now, very pleased and he has been a great help also

i see you found a place for the boost gauge, a friend of mine has a metro turbo with a boost gauge in the same place, but he got the blanking plate from a low spec metro that fits there and cut the gauge into it. very clean looking car! very nice. |

This weekend I managed to get the engine on the mounts, put the drive shaft in and other bits like the gear linkages.
