AS requested in my for sale thread here it the 500 with a swiftune engine. The owner said it was pushing about 130 B's









I run a supercharger and I don't care the TB is on the wrong side.
VEMS + 12 PSI + Liquid Intercooler = Small Bore FUN!

I am always amazed when I see this. It is a lovely bit of kit, but why over all the engines possible choose to put an A series in the back. Mind you it is fast so why not?

yeah saw it up at curborough when we went to watch wil and ben, wicked looking little thing and goes pretty well too.

The owner said about the engine that it goes well enough not to change it.. It was a swiftune lump so no slouch. In fact he said that he got a car just for the engine then had it rebuilt at swiftune.. must have cost a packet. The wheels cost him £1500

if he paid 1500 beans for some 13" for then he's been royaly screwed, but i suspect he's bullshitting to big himself up,

iirc, it runs the same times as the TT round curborough. although we were a second slower when Budd came to see us last.

no that was to have them refurb'd he said he sent them back to compomitive for the work, new bolts, polished etc?? he had 8 on the day so maybe it was for all 8?
