got to say b&q is brilliant, if anything goes wrong ive never ever had trouble getting a refund/replacement

week before last my cut off saw spat a tooth (again, but been using it rather enthusiastically, and what do you expect for £80), the last 2 times they replaced it quibble free, but this time the manager came out, said he would look into it blah blah blah and took my number.

i was fearing the worse, but got a buzz today, they will have them in stock early next week, and will deliver it to me foc.

10/10 imo :)

I have to say, a while back i was in B & Q with the missus, looking at the curtains. The missus then drops a tin of Gloss paint, which splatters all up 3 or 4 curtains and all over the floor.

I'm thinking Sh*t, this is going to be pricey.

Not only did someone come and tidy it up, but they also went and brought us a new tin of paint aswell.

Can't fault them.
