its been pretty stationary for some time, career and a 150 mile drive to work on the car have scuppered me a little

From memory it uses exhaust pressure to rotate the turbine and compress the intake charge at the same time, there is quite a good explanation in the Allard book. |

Been a long time,but iirc the belt drives a rotating cylinder,exhaust gas enters at one end,directly compresses inlet air and then passes to the exhaust.Porting in the ends of the cylinder control inlet and exhaust flow. 'Where does the engine go?' |
