RobH has reccommended these before and the thoughts were that their rose joints were not of a very high quality.
In fact they do some high spec units which i have purchased some of aswell as economy.
I must say what an excellent service they provide with fantastic communication and understanding of their products. Prices are very good even for the high spec which includes postage, they even gave me discount when I ordered in bulk.
Well worth a gander.

I seriously doubt it!

I just looked at the ebay store and the "high performance" best Rose Joints available are CHEAP JOINTS!!!!!!!!!!

These are only a 2 piece joint with a liner. Granted the main body is made from a better grade of steel.

These are the cheapest joints mader by rose (xml series) Rose.

I'd compare these to the cheapest National rod ends you can buy from race shops. I wont use these on a car for anything other than a gear linkage.

Here's a pic i just took of 4 rod ends.

From left to right we have silverline, goldline (these 2 are made by goldline bearings), Next up is a Rose (RC series), these are great joints and last really well even though they may not look as nice as the others. Last is my cheap National, even this is a proper 3 piece bearings.

Good joints use a spherical bearing that is staked into the steel body of the rodend.

i use national ones from merlin in suspension bits and bobs,
but for anything my life doesnt depend upon (doors/brackets/steadies/mounts) , i would use the above for no worries.

Ordered a few more spherical joints the other day, and they didn't have the sizes I wanted in the cheapo version so they gave me some of the heavy duty ones for the same price, can't grumble at that.

EDIT:

Got my order the other day and unfortunately they'd sent me a right handed joint instead of a left handed one (I'd ordered a whole mix os sizes some right handed & some left). I sent them an email asking if I could exchange it, got a reply within the hour and a new joint was sent out the next working day and arrived 24 hours later, and they kept me updated by email throughout. Really impressed by they're level of service, I tend to judge companies by how well they deal with problems and you couldn't fault them.
