When I was working out my GT15 install I used a free CAD program from http://www.emachineshop.com and found it useful. Its not the easiest of programs to use but its free...

Attached are the CAD files I made, including the engine/bulkhead measurements showing the position of the oil return in the block, T25 and T3 flanges a split GT15 turbo and a GT15 outlet flange. Also some manifold flanges but they need checking...BE warned...

To make the GT15 I took the drawings from the Garrett site, used a convert program then scaled and tidied it up in the CAD. I also split out the housings so I could rotate them independantly.
