Tickford generally developed turbos (like the Capri in the background of the picture in the ad) but the this Metro appears to be a styling and weight increasing exercise.

It asays that the Tickford was not turbo, but maybe they did a turbo later when it became available. Edited by wil_h on 20th Nov, 2007. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph

From the ebay ad...."There is the original Tickford dash but additional dials have been tastfully introduced which include boot pressure, clock, volt meter and oil pressure."

Interestingly my new subaru has such a gauge. It constantly tells you, as a persentage, how much throttle you're applying. Bonkers. Fastest 998 mini in the world? 13.05 1/4 mile 106mph
