I thought it would be easier to make a template of what I needed and take pics rather than play sharrades with you gents.
Does anyone sell anything like this (but in steel, before anyone makes that joke!) to allow the door bars to be bolted in? Needs to be formed to go round 35mm tube. Any ideas?
Cheers
Shane.

Check the for sale section. Someone was selling some gusseting just recently ?

202mph standing mile
speed didn't kill me, but taxation probably will

I did search the for sale but drew a blank, were they anything like my blue peter stylie mock up?
Cheers
Shane.

My rollcentre cage uses the two bolt clamps to fix the door bars.

Any use?

Had a look on their site but was unsure as they list them at 38mm my tube is 35mm, but I guess bu the time its painted......
Not quite Rick, but close.
The idea was to have a "tacco" shape gusset to go round the A piller leg of the cage (attached to it with two bolts) then one end of the bar bolt to the top edge of the "tacco" gusset (again bolts thru) the other end is located by a dowl welded on to the B piller leg of the cage/
That make sence?
Cheers
Shane
