Why have you removed material from the inside of the disc? |

because with the KAD set up you run mini drive flanges. if you dont remove the material the front of the hub will rub on the inside of the disc.

I've got them fitted with no machining and no rubbing.

I had to machine the outside of mine but not the inside, but I am using metro hubs.

You can get the discs done from KAD for about 90 quid, but if likke andy and me you have access to a lathe you can mod a set of 20quid discs  Going the same route myself, got the £20 discs, just need to find a weekend when Fat Stig* is free so I can use his lathe to turn them down. * = TM post whore who is a bit busy at the moment & not posting very much.
