it seams there isnt much info on fitting KAD 6 pots with vented discs anywhere so here is something i have done quickly.

sorry about the quality i need to get a CAD package on my PC!

you need.

KAD 6 pots
metro vented discs
mini drive flanges

the front of the steering arms which faces the dics needs grinding back to allow clearance

the inside of the discs needs to be machined like this

hope this helps and its all correct!

Why have you removed material from the inside of the disc?

because with the KAD set up you run mini drive flanges. if you dont remove the material the front of the hub will rub on the inside of the disc.

I've got them fitted with no machining and no rubbing.

They are 8.4's I don't know if thats the same size as you have or wether it makes any difference.

I had to machine the outside of mine but not the inside, but I am using metro hubs.

You can get the discs done from KAD for about 90 quid, but if likke andy and me you have access to a lathe you can mod a set of 20quid discs

I bought the whole setup from KAD so I guess thats why they fit.

Going the same route myself, got the £20 discs, just need to find a weekend when Fat Stig* is free so I can use his lathe to turn them down.
