msq file needed

Currently installing a Megasquirt MS2extra, ignition only to start, as advised.

I did have version v1.02 in both the ms and megatune.
I went through all the settings (took ages) and thought I was ready to go. On the trigger wheel settings they are highlighted in red and under them it states ms requires re-boot, so I save the msq file and remove power from the ms, but still trigger wheel settings are highlighted red.

I fitted the jumper and reloaded my latest msq file but now megatune is not communicating with the ms.

Does anyone have a msq file they could send to get me started or any advise they can give?
