It is an interruptor pump, it won't make the pressures required, you need a roller vane (injection) type fuel pump for turbo use.

Looks good by the way, although you may need to issue sunglasses to passers by!!!!!

it's a low pressure fuel pump, you need a high pressure roller vane type pump.

oops cross posts there,

The car is looking great!

Not wanting to pick holes, just pre-warning you. I think you may have problems with your fuel tank with a roller vane pump as the fuel outlet is on the top of the tank, this would mean that you will get air in the pipe everytime the pump stops. As the roller vane pumps cannot suck air, I doubt you will get any fuel to your carb. Only speaking from experiance as I found out the hard way. The best way around this is to keep your current tank, and fuel pump, but add a fuel swirlpot, and a 2nd pump.

Also are those rims put together correctly, I was under the impression they should go
Inner rim, outer rim and then the cast / billet centre. it looks from the photo's the rims are inner rim, centre, outer rim, or is it just the way the lights hitting it.

Keep up the good work, I love putting new shiny bits together.

Yeah they are put together wrong, i prefer the centre to be inside as it gives a deeper look (still hummin and arrin about this)

Ive ran it past carl and he says there shouldnt be any probs.

Thanks for the comments fellas. Glad you all spotted the fuel pump prob now. Ill be plumbing all the pipe work up soon!

Is it a new facet pump If so which one is it - I might take it off your hands if its either a silver top fast road or a red top.

Hi,
Bottom pipe goes to your injection type pump
Bottom one on the side is the return from the reg
Top one on the side is the feed in from your low pressure pump.
The one right at the top is the return to the tank, which also vents the air out of the fuel too.
Cheers,
Gavin :)
