Here is some video footage on board with Endaf Owens around Thruxton. It gets messy in a few places were Endaf gets driven into 4 times.

Those vids are all in the wrong order mate, part 1 is part 3 etc. The collision at the end of part 3 is a bit debatable too lol. |

it's hard to see from the online copys, but on the dvd, you can see (as did the reporter from Motoring news this week) kelly went into the chicane too fast, and was sideways before he hit endaf Team www.sheepspeed.com Racing

I think Endaf should've changed his FD. This way, he wouldn't have had do deal with anyone else. You can clearly see that he is much faster in the chicanes, but looses out on top speed. On 13th Jul, 2012 Ben H said:

I also thought this V, but on the long back straight at Thruxton it seems to be more down to aerodynamics; whichever car is in the lead struggles for top speed whilst the rest sit in the slipstream and have higher top speed to nip past?

dont watch it then !!!!! Thruxton is an awsome circuit i think , its the only track in the uk that if your 10bhp down you can still keep up with the front runners due to having a massive tow down the long straights. donnington this weekend so hopeing for a better result ! |

Ah...I didn't say the vids were boring, just that thruxton seems like it would suit faster cars better....but as you say its probably damn exciting from the drivers seat! |
